For Sales:

List and Market: Sign mandates and easily load your listings onto PropCtrl, our integrated platform that feeds your properties to over 21 leading portals, including Property24, our own website, and Private Property. You'll receive leads directly and can manage your viewings effectively.
Conclude the Deal: Once you've secured an Offer to Purchase (OTP), simply submit it to RES via the RES App or email it to our dedicated team. We'll open the deal file, instruct the attorneys from our Head Office, and ensure all FICA and compliance requirements are met.
Seamless Administration: Our dedicated administrative team meticulously tracks the deal through every stage, right up to lodgement. We'll keep you informed, double-check compliance, and then send our invoice for our portion of the commission. You'll then invoice the attorneys for your well-deserved share.
Fast and Reliable Payouts: Once the property registers and compliance is confirmed, the attorneys will payout commissions to both you and RES simultaneously, ensuring you receive your funds as quickly as possible, without unnecessary delays.

For Rentals:

List and Market: Sign mandates and upload your rental listings to PropCtrl, reaching a vast audience across 21+ online portals. Receive inquiries and schedule viewings with potential tenants.
Efficient Tenant Screening: Send the rental application and all supporting client documentation to our team. We'll conduct lightning-fast credit and affordability checks and promptly inform you of the results, allowing you to proceed with confidence.
Hassle-Free Lease Management: Once approved, send the signed lease agreement, the ingoing inspection report, and all required paperwork (including FICA documents) to our team. We'll load the lease onto our WCU system, handle all payment collections by raising invoices, settle all relevant parties, and pay you your commission promptly for both management and once-off leases.
Ongoing Support for Management Leases: For properties under our management, our team will continue to payout your commission and the rental income to the landlord every month throughout the lease term.
End-to-End Lease Cycle Management: We handle the end-of-lease process, including deposit releases after the outgoing inspection and facilitating lease renewals as applicable.
